The goal was to build a design that would been seen as a healthy brand along with using bright colors of green and blue to grab a viewers attention.
CheapEats
The goal behind CheapEats was to find a way for college students to find cheap and easy meals to prep to keep up with their busy schedules.
The final concept was created through extensive research. The final product is a small card that would be set out in grocery stores for people to grab.
Final Design
The final product was a hand out that told you the ingredients and the amount of them along with the total prep time and average price
The back of the handout would give the user step by step cooking instructions along with images of how the steps should look.
Research
The research done for this project was extensive.
It started with a survey along with some observations of what people were purchasing at the grocery store along with monitoring what items people were grabbing and putting back after looking at the price and nutrition label.
Based on research it was found that students usually spend between $25-$75 on an average trip to the grocery store to make a very little amount of meals.
